Collecting Memorials
After placed the order please contact us for detailed instructions on how to deliver your ashes. Make sure the ashes are properly prepared and placed in a sturdy and airtight container.

Sending memorials
Deliver the memorials or ashes according to our instructions. To make pendant we need a minimum amount of ashes (less than 0.5g).
Make sure they are safe and well secured. The memorials will be carefully incorporated into the necklace in our studio.

Our team of artisans will carefully personalize the necklace, placing the memorial / ashes in the appropriate place and paying special attention to every detail.
